Sewing up a storm!

In January 2018, Handes of a Woman was invited to place a bid on sewing denim carpenter's aprons for a local electrical supply company. Our bid was accepted and we have been sewing these aprons all year. Early denim purchases were from jobbers selling left over retail bolts of unknown origin- so our aprons have been labeled as sewn in USA.

We are excited to announce that in a few days we will start using denim from Mount Vernon Mills in Georgia and our aprons will be fully MADE IN USA!!!  It feels good to say that we still make things here!!

Shown below are our original prototype carpenter's apron as well as our full length work apron and our cat's cradle apron. Aprons are 100% cotton denim, machine wash and dry, one size fits most men and women.  Denim is heavy 14oz/square yard.
